These sessions focus on priority food system bills that address real challenges—focusing on key food system bills — tackling food insecurity\, nutrition education\, and equity in farming. \nIn this briefing\, we will review SFPC legislative priorities\, discuss our experiences in farming equity and in donations to food pantries\, review the history of the Equity in Agriculture bill and the Encouraging Donations of Food to Persons in Need Bill and be able to take instant action to contact our state legislators to support these bills.
