Professional Development

Professional Development Program

The Fathers and Family Network (FFN) is a statewide networking and training group for professionals who work with fathers and families. The group helps professionals enhance skills, learn new strategies for engaging fathers, and coordinate services across the state. In addition, the group helps raise greater public awareness of the important role that fathers play in the well being of their families.

FFN meetings are designed to provide individuals and organizations with training on information and skills to increase their comfort and competencies in reaching and serving men as parents, the opportunity for professional networking and a venue for sharing resources and information.

Meeting Schedule
The group meets 6 times a year from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM, in various locations and includes a FREE catered lunch. 2 NASW CEUs are awarded for each training.
